Not sure what this is called (maybe: pesto, veggie, pizza/tortilla?) but thanks mom, for letting me tear this page out of your Taste Of Home magazine while I was back home last week!
Not only was it delish! But it was a great way to use some of my garden veggies and things from the Farmer's Market!
